Refund Policy

1. How to request a refund
Email welcome@join-netcore.one with your order reference, participant names, and reason for the request. Our client success team confirms eligibility within three business days when information is complete.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payer unless corporate policy requires a different account; in that case, finance may request written authorization.
2. Partial refunds and seat transfers
If one participant cannot attend but others can, we may offer a seat transfer to a colleague at no fee when notice arrives at least fourteen days before the start date.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of a bundle is canceled according to the schedule below.
3. Contact and escalation
Start with our client success inbox. If a dispute remains, we escalate to the program director who reviews correspondence and cohort records.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights available to individuals in the Republic of Korea.
4. Record keeping
We retain refund correspondence for twenty-four months to align with accounting audits and to protect both parties if questions resurface later.
5. Non-refundable items
Custom-developed labs, travel bookings we prepaid on your behalf, and rush scheduling fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless we cancel the engagement.
Digital downloads you explicitly received early may be deducted from refunds in proportion to retail value.
6. Behavior and integrity issues
Removal for code-of-conduct violations does not automatically generate a refund. We evaluate cases individually and may offer credit toward a future cohort when fairness supports it.
7. Timeframes for processing
Approved refunds are submitted to finance within five business days. Banks may take additional time to post credits; international wires can take longer.
If we miss our internal submission window, we communicate the delay and expected completion date.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks where possible. Chargebacks can freeze seats and delay resolution for everyone involved.
9. Eligibility windows
For public cohorts, you may cancel for a full refund up to twenty-one days before the published start. Between twenty-one and eight days, we refund seventy percent. Within seven days, fees are generally non-refundable except for documented emergencies or our cancellation.
Private workshops follow the statement of work signed for that engagement.
10. Documented emergencies
Medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for credit even inside the seven-day window if you provide credible documentation. We do not guarantee approval but review compassionately.
11. Scope with Korean consumer law
Where the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, we honor cooling-off rules for distance contracts that qualify. Services that have already been substantially performed may limit cooling-off rights as permitted by law.
We provide clear pre-purchase descriptions so you can assess fit before paying.
12. Currency and taxes
Listed prices are in KRW unless otherwise stated. Taxes follow your invoice and locality. Refunds match the taxed amount paid for eligible items.
