We respond within reasonable timelines and may ask for verification to protect account security. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Some processing remains necessary to deliver services you still want, such as classroom logistics.

If you believe we have not addressed your concern, you may contact the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent authority as permitted by law.

If we become aware of a breach that endangers your rights, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law, alongside remedial steps we are taking. You can help by using unique passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication where offered, and reporting suspicious messages that claim to represent us.

We keep registration records long enough to honor refunds, certificates, and tax obligations. Attendance logs for cohorts typically remain for twenty-four months unless a longer period is contractually required. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or become inactive based on our legitimate interest balancing test, after which we delete or anonymize details.

Deletion requests remove live database entries, but residual copies may persist in encrypted backups until rotation. Backup restoration processes avoid resurrecting deleted profiles when feasible. Anonymized analytics derived from personal data may be kept in aggregate form that no longer identifies individuals.

This statement covers data collected through join-netcore.one, registration forms, email correspondence, and classroom tooling we control. It does not control how your employer processes data internally after training. Third-party platforms you choose to use alongside our courses—such as your corporate identity provider—have their own policies.

Services are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen without parental authorization. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us for prompt review.

We use contact details to deliver schedules, access links, and certificates. We analyze coarse attendance metrics to improve pacing and instructor coaching. With separate consent where required, we may send product updates about new cohorts. You can opt out of non-essential messages anytime.

Processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training business, compliance with law, and consent where applicable. We document balancing tests for sensitive categories of communication.

We use infrastructure providers for email delivery, video conferencing, and website hosting. Contracts require confidentiality, security measures, and deletion aligned with this statement. We do not sell personal data. If we ever relied on advertising partners, we would describe categories and offer opt-outs consistent with law.

Identifiers: name, work email, phone when provided, employer, job title. Technical data: IP address, device type, coarse location from IP, and cookie identifiers described in the Cookie Policy. Payment references may appear on invoices handled by your accounts payable team; we avoid storing full payment credentials on our site.
